1. SLA member should visit Chronos participating outlets (Chronos SM MOA, SM
Megamall, Rockwell) and request for a quotation
2. SLA member should attach the quotation in SLA application form and send to
SMSLA office for approval and processing.
3. Letter of authority shall be sent to member once the item is ready for
claiming at the SLA office.
4. Deduction will start on the nearest payday after the letter of authority
has been issued.
Requirements:
1. One co-maker, if loan is not covered by capital contribution including all
other existing loans.
2. 25% net pay after alll deductions including the loan being applied for.
